Recall System

There is no excuse for any patient to be left behind. Whether a patient ‘no shows’ for an appointment or leaves without rescheduling, this tracking and follow up system is designed to ensure they are never lost in the shuffle and are put back on the schedule as quickly as possible. This process has been refined over the last 10 years to be simple yet highly effective.

Patient Reactivation

Once a patient who is not active on the schedule has been through the Recall System with no success, their file then becomes part of the Reactivation Protocol. While taking the patient file through the reactivation process, you will also ‘naturally’ be moving the file toward the archive area in the event they do not get rescheduled. All of this is part of one seamless system.
